§ 103-22.1. Purpose and intent.

It is the general purpose and intent of this residential district to provide for areas within the Town of Oneonta where one- to four-family dwelling units with their related facilities can be developed in harmony with one another. In addition, it is the purpose of this district to provide for areas where small site multiple-family developments can occur at moderate density.
