§ 103-48. General district regulations.

All mobile home districts must be built according to the requirements found in the Mobile Home-Travel Trailer Ordinance of the Town of Oneonta. The granting of approval of site plans or applications for zone change shall in no way alter the requirements of the Mobile Home-Travel Trailer Ordinance.
