§ 14-6. When effective.

Latest version.

This chapter shall become effective:

A.
Upon the approval of same by a majority of the qualified electors of the Town of Oneonta voting on a proposition therefor duly submitted at a general or special election held within the town as provided by law; and

B.
Upon the filing with the State Bingo Control Commission of a copy of such chapter within 10 days after its adoption as above provided.
