§ 37-6. Basis for establishing areas of special flood hazard.

A. 

The areas of special flood hazard are identified and defined on the following documents prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency:

(1) 

Flood Insurance Rate Map Panel Number: 36077C0490E, 36077C0495E, 36077C0635E, 36077C0642E, 36077C0651E, 36077C0652E, 36077C0653E, 36077C0654E, 36077C0656E, 36077C0657E, 36077C0658E, 36077C0659E, 36077C0661E, 36077C0662E, 36077C0663E, 36077C0670E, 36077C0676E, 36077C0678E, whose effective date is March 21, 2017, and any subsequent revisions to these map panels that do not affect areas under our community's jurisdiction.

(2) 

A scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Otsego County, New York, All Jurisdictions," dated March 21, 2017.

B. 

The above documents are hereby adopted and declared to be a part of this chapter. The Flood Insurance Study and/or maps are on file at: Town Hall, 3966 Street Highway 23, West Oneonta, NY 13861.
