§ 46-1. Halloween curfew established.

On October 31st of each year, or on the night Halloween is observed, as designated by resolution of the Town Board in each year, a townwide curfew shall be in effect and no person under the age of 16 years shall be walking, standing or loitering upon town streets after the hour of 9:00 p.m. unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
