§ 50-12. Cumulative effect.

No provision out of this chapter shall be deemed to be in contravention of or amendatory to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance or other ordinance of the Town of Oneonta, it being intended to make the provisions of this chapter cumulative with any other ordinance restricting or limiting the use of junkyards in the Town of Oneonta. Any applicant for a license hereunder or any operator of a junkyard shall be required to comply with the terms of this chapter as well as the terms of any other ordinance, rule or regulation of the Town of Oneonta presently in effect or which may hereafter be enacted.
