§ 73-7. Permit for private disposal system; fee.

  • Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the designated officer of the town. The application for such permit shall be made on a form furnished by the district, which the applicant shall supplement by any plans, specifications and other information as are deemed necessary by the designated officer of the district. A permit and inspection fee of $25 or such other amount as may be established from time to time by resolution of the Town Board shall be paid to the district at the time the application is filed.
