§ 73-14. Classes of service; application for service.

  • There shall be two classes of building sewer permits: for residential and commercial service and for service to establishments producing industrial wastes. In either case, the owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the district. For proposed commercial and industrial connections, an applicant must provide an engineer's statement outlining estimated flow in gallons per day; total suspended solids and BOD. The permit application shall be supplemented by any other plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the designated officer of the district. A permit and inspection fee of $25 for a residential or commercial building sewer permit and $50 for an industrial building sewer permit or such other amount as may be established from time to time by resolution of the Town Board shall be paid to the district at the time the application is filed.
