§ 73-22. Inspection prior to backfilling.

The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the designated officer of the town when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the officer of the town or his representative. No backfilling shall be permitted until inspection has been completed and the work approved by the town officers.
