§ 73-44. Compliance required.

The town is also authorized to issue an order to cease and desist and direct those persons not complying with the prohibitions, limits, requirements or provisions of this Part 1 or the wastewater discharge permit to:

A.
Comply forthwith; or

B.
Comply in accordance with a time schedule set forth by the town; or

C.
Take appropriate remedial or preventive action in the event of a threatened violation.
