§ 97-2. Removal of vehicles.

When any vehicle is parked or abandoned on any public highway within the Town of Oneonta during a snowstorm, flood, serious fire or other extreme public emergency which affects that portion of the public highway upon which said vehicle is parked or abandoned, said vehicle may be removed by the Town Highway Superintendent or other peace officer, as the case may be.
