§ 97-7. Parking after snowfall.

After a snowfall of 2 1/2 inches or more in accumulation it shall be unlawful for any person, except a physician on an emergency, to park any vehicle upon any street or highway within the limits of the Town unless such vehicle is attended by a person capable of legally operating such vehicle. The owner or operator of any such vehicle standing in such street or highway shall move or cause to be moved such vehicle so as not to impede the operation of the snow removal equipment and forces. Such prohibition of parking shall commence at 12:01 a.m. daily and shall continue until such snow removal has been completed on the street or highway.
