§ 97-5. Terminology.

For the purposes of this article, the words "vehicle," "owner" and "park" shall have the meanings as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York. The term "snowstorm" shall include any precipitation of snow of 2 1/2 inches or more.
